Your information is never shared to 3rd parties. We do not collect any personal or sensitive information. All credit card or payment information is passed directly to the payment processor (Paypal or Stripe).
Warranty
Products
All products carry manufacture warranties. Most warranties range from 1-3 years depending on supplier. Please contact us for further information.
Shipping
Some products will ship same day or next day depending on manufacturer and stock. However some products such as PTCM modules are flashed based on your order specifications. Depending on if you are sending yours in for the flash or if you are purchasing a new unit will narrow down shipping and turnaround time. If purchasing a new/refurbished/used PTCM unit from us we usually ship within 2-4 BUSINESS days.
Radiators are custom made to spec, depending on the options selected during checkout. Generally these products can ship within 8-12 business days. If you have immediacy please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability as well as determine shipping times.
Cylinder heads are CNC’ed to spec. Generally cylinder heads ship in 12-20 business days.
Refunds/Returns
Radiators and Performance Transmission control modules (PTCM) and Thitek Cylinder Heads
All Radiators are make to order and PTCM’s are flashed to order specifications which may require labor and/or custom welding and assembly. Cylinder heads are also make to order. Because of the nature of these products we do not accept refunds. All sales are final.
In the event Karma Racing Products mistakenly provided the wrong parts or did not follow order specifications please contact us immediately prior to any installation so we can work with you to find the correct solution. If you placed an order with the wrong specifications please contact us immediately so we can adjust the order accordingly prior to any manufacturing or labor.
Other Products
All other products excluding cylinder heads, PTCM’s and radiators please contact us. Any shipping costs will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refundable amount. We are not responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our mistake (sent wrong product).
Our standard restocking fee will apply and is outlined below. Please refer to our restocking policies below for further detail. To be eligible for the refund or store credit listed below, all products must be returned within 30 days. If outside of 30 days we will not accept the return or provide any refund or store credit. Contact us for return instructions.
Perfect condition – product is unopened or like new =80% refund or 100% store credit
Re-Conditioned – Package opened or product(s) are damaged = 70% refund or 90% store credit – please contact us and provide as much information as possible.
Inability to restock – Product and packaging both damaged = 0% refund, 0% credit
